beansideYesterday, doing nothing more exciting than sitting and getting up, I managed to throw my back out. I am not happy about this. It meant shitty sleep and it's still incredibly pissy today. I would like to trade in this body, as it is defective.
Work was work. For at least half of it, I was sitting on a heat pack, so not much got done in the evening. Then again, that's not unusual for me. I've been helping out with delivery updates, and things have gotten spicy. Previously, they'd given the update people three phones coworkers to help, since we're getting anywhere from 700-1300 updates a day. (For comparison, I can do around 350 a day.) Now they have taken the phones coworkers away and given them horribly unmotivated email coworkers. They're doing like 50-100 a day, which does not help at all. The two women who do the updates are pissed off.
To be fair, I have a dislike of one of the email coworkers who was a diehard Trumper and was an asshole about any opposing beliefs, so y'know. I'm predisposed not to like them. And they're making it difficult for two people I actually like.
Holiday cards post can be found HERE for anyone who likes mail. I figure I'll be working on them next weekend, as I have to wait for the cards to arrive, and of course, they were not prime shipping. Boo.
