Well, I put in an order for non-denominational holiday cards with Amazon, so if anyone wants one, now's the time to request. I haven't been great at doing this in the past, but I have an office I can carve out some time to write them in now. Fair warning, my handwriting is pretty atrocious. If you've requested in the past, I probably have your address, but if you're not sure, or something's changed, please send me a message, or comment below. Comments are screened.
Edited to add: Please give me your address if you want a card as it doesn't look like I've done this in a few years!
I cannot believe that Thanksgiving is next week. Once we got past the election, November just flew by. I guess it's because of quarantine making things one long blur of sameness, but this year has just blown past. Everything is ordered and ready to go for dinner, it's just left for Jess and I to drive up to Pennsylvania to get it. The MD Cracker Barrels are good for simple dinner, but the last two times I did Thanksgiving there, I ended up waiting for several hours to get my food, in what can only be referred to as a clusterfuck. It's just sad that we can't do our normal routine, which was to go up early and eat breakfast. We may get breakfast to go and eat in the car--that's a definite possibility. I want my french toast breakfast, dammit.
Aside from that, not a whole lot going on. New episode of GBBO today. Jess is going to order from the dispensary for the first time. I'm going to top off the oil in my car, as it has a minor leak that I can't afford to get fixed right now. (It's not a big deal, just every so often, it needs a little bit added.) And for dinner, I'm cooking out on the grill. Just hamburgers and hotdogs, nothing exciting.
