beansideAnother day, another early wake time. I think I'm broken. I was up around 6:30 today. Probably could have forced myself to sleep in, but sometimes that causes as headache, and I really wanted coffee, so up I got.
We went and saw dad, and picked up Jess' sleepytime meds yesterday. I'm trying to figure out how to work today. We have a 12pm game, which could be difficult. I can either get my ass in gear at 9, or we can go at three. I'm leaning towards going after the game. I may be upright, but I think it's going to take a few hours before I'm ready to go out.
My lack of job, and income is making me feel trapped, and so I'm plotting various lavish vacations. The current obsession is the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, which I'm thinking would be a lovely vacation around my birthday. I have a friend who swears by the Majestic brand of hotels. He goes to the Dominican Republic each year, and that's his go to.
It does look and sound super nice. It comes with a butler. That seems a little over the top, but then again, we used concierge more than I expected at Disney, so maybe not. My friend calls it "adult babysitting."
I've never done an all-inclusive, mostly because I don't drink much, and I know you're paying for the booze. But, I think the all inclusive food would be nice, so I'm willing to eat the cost of the drinks. And who knows, maybe I'll have a few drinks like I did in Disney?
All of this is dependent on Dad, of course. But if it works out, I'm thinking we go the weekend before my birthday, from like Wednesday-Sunday.
First up, passports! April shall be passport month!
Then, the world, or at least some small corners of it.
