Tonight is game night! We have Brindlewood Bay tonight. Thankfully, poisontaster runs that one, so my prep is non existent. This is a good thing, since my brain is about ready to explode from all the shit I'm trying to cram in.

Yesterday we spent the day learning Computer Aided Dispatch. It's not that difficult, just a touch fiddly at points. But I'm pretty good with technology, so it wasn't bad at all. I actually am enjoying it.

Less enjoyment is the rote memorization of radio codes and route numbers. I've gotten about 45% of them, but I still feel incredibly slow and stupid. I think I'll get there, but it's really kicking my ass. Jess has been sweet enough to quiz me, so that's helped. I have it in various formats, on paper, flash cards and in a google doc, so I can study at any time. Tomorrow is going to be my heavy duty cramming day. Also Friday morning. I am getting up super early on Friday and doing some work before the test.

Friday, I have a game that I'm running that I'm still prepping for. We have the quiz Friday morning, so Friday evening, I'll be prepping the game.

Ha! When you wrote CAD yesterday, I wondered what that meant, since the only CAD I know is design software that, architects and engineers use, frex. Thanks for clearing that up!
