beansideWell, we survived Monday, so that's a good start to the week. Otherwise, Monday was pretty dull. I did the inbox, it was busy, by the end of the day, I was so sick of doing not at home cases that I could spit. They only take like 2 minutes to make, but it just annoys me that we have so many, and that 90% of the people won't get charged for a redelivery, and that cuts into my bonus. I want my fucking bonus this year, people. Last year, they gave us a pity fuck bonus, and I did not enjoy that. I want a big bonus, dammit.
Other than that, the inbox was something to do for the day that wasn't the pending returns queue, so I guess it was okay.
Dad was extremely fussy yesterday. The OT worked him pretty hard, and he was tired out from it, so he slept a lot and was fussy when he was awake. It was not the best thing ever. I spent most of the day on edge and overstimulated, so I was popping anti anxiety meds like candy yesterday.
He had to do a sleep study last night and was apparently a joy for my sister. At one point, he pulled his CPAP machine off the table completely and threw the breath sensor to the wind. Hopefully we get a decent study on him, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm sure it's going to be another fussy day, since I'm not sure how well he actually slept, so that'll be fun.
Today, I just need to do my normal stuff, and maybe work in Pending some. We'll see how I feel about it. I just realized that I forgot to get the chicken out of the freezer, so I suppose we'll be having one of the skillet meals or fish sticks. We'll see which sounds better after work.
After thinking about it yesterday, we may be able to work out CONfab. It won't be easy, but it might be doable. Plus, we most definitely deserve the break. Disney seems like years ago already.
Okay, going to go get some pants on and prepare for the day. Everyone have a stupendous Tuesday!
