It's Wednesday, and my last day of doing the delivery updates! Yay! Maybe. The coworker who normally does them for Thurs-Sun has a kid with Covid, so I guess we'll see if she's able to come in on Thursday. If she's out for the duration, it might be a mess, but we'll see.

Yesterday, my manager got me a ton of help, so we managed to get the backlog cleared out. The problem was the 4pm run being very heavy. Despite all my attempts, I still have about 50 left. Oh well, not horrible.

I hate doing the 4pm run in general, even when it's not heavy. I leave at 4:30, so there's a time constraint that I do not like. I feel like I'm rushing no matter what I do. I can deal, but it's annoying.

I can't believe that it's almost 2022. This year seems to have blown past. Another year lost to Covid, and it doesn't look like next year will be any different. They haven't made any noise in a couple of months about bringing us back to the office, though we're still doing meetings on site which seems kind of dangerous in the land of Omicron. Maryland is up to a 17.58% positivity rate. We'd been hovering around 4% for the longest time, so I'm very concerned. I'm debating the merits of taking off the day of the meeting, honestly. Though I'm kind of hoping they change their mind about doing the meeting in person. There's really no reason it can't be via Teams.

I woke up with a headache and grumpy this morning, so we'll see how the day goes. I don't know why I'm grumpy, but everything is annoying me. I kind of wish it was Sunday, so I'd be the only one awake--it would give me a little time to wake up and feel more human. Not happening with my sister up. Love her so much, but she's so damn chatty!

Okay, time to get my ass in gear. Have a great Wednesday everyone!
