beansideIt's finally Friday!! Yay! For me at least, it's the weekend! I have no big plans for today and tomorrow. Probably watch the Great British Bake Off today, and tomorrow we do have to go to the dispensary to get more weed for Jess.
They got gummies for vacation last month, and it turned out that the gummies worked better than their actual sleep pill. They're also cheaper, so we're going to go with those from now on. The funny thing is we didn't get them for sleep, just for breakthrough daytime pain, since Jess didn't want to bring a the RSO concentrate, which comes in a handy dosing syringe. But then, everywhere was out of their sleepy pills, so they tried the gummies, and lo, it worked really well. Continuing the "when did weed become just a shopping trip" theme, they will also get some of RSO's cousin FECO to see how that works, and maybe a topical for general aches and pains.
As a child of the D.A.R.E era, this is profoundly weird to me.
Yesterday, I got put back on inventories, which I don't particularly like. It was a long morning making cases for return to store. Fortunately, after a few hours, the team plus the extra helpers got it under control, so I was released back to doing my markets. This is the downside of being the one who does all the things. Sometimes, you get called on to actually do everything.
Last night, both of us ended up with migraines, I think because of the temp change. It was 75 during the day, then abruptly dropped to 50 at night. It kind of fucked us both up. Better today, where it's going to be sixty pretty steadily.
Still haven't heard about the bonus, which we're supposed to get in November, according to one of the Team Leads. It's getting annoying at this point. I just want to know, even if it's not much.

DARE wasn't a thing when I was a kid, but I obviously remember hearing tons about it - but I never internalized the core message. it's just nice not to have to worry about arrest, and there are some protections of the product(s)
