beanside | Everybody's looking for some love but they don't know

It's 6am and I am upright. Not really sure why, but I'm up. I really don't feel like doing the work today.

My manager was apparently out sick, but will be back today, so I'll see when my performance eval gets rescheduled for. I just want to get it over with, honestly. If I'm lucky it'll be today, and I'll have a little break in the day, since I don't have a ton of stuff to do. It'll be the inbox for me, for sure.

Still nothing new on our One IKEA Bonus. I'm beginning to think we're never going to hear anything. I don't care if it's $5, I just want to know and get it. Whatever it is will probably go towards Christmas presents.

Hard to believe it's only two months and some change til Christmas. I should probably think about what to get people, but I have no clue.

Tomorrow, I take Dad to get his toenails trimmed by the podiatrist, and then Friday, he goes to his primary care for the flu shot. Since Shelly's going to be out of town, I may put off the flu shot a couple of weeks. Maybe I'll see if we can do a video visit this time, and get the flu shot the next visit.
