beansideI had to get up early to go into the office today. That alarm really sucked at 5am. I even went to bed early. Work better appreciate this (though they won't). I've got my stuff almost ready to go, and I'm dressed. Jeans and a bra, boo. In a little while, I'll put on shoes and that will be terrible.
Gracie seems to be doing okay. Last night, she finally ate some actual cat food, instead of just treats and people food. I'm still a little anxious, but she seems to be doing pretty okay.
My sister was able to get some cash out of Dad's account to replenish the coffers, so we should have that in a few days, so that'll be nice. Dad will have his treats.
9 days til vacation! We're in single digits now!
After some consideration and the fact that we don't have much in the way off food today, I'm going to stop at Panera and get a sandwich for lunch. Also a latte! I haven't had a latte in over a year now. I probably shouldn't, but I really want one.
I'm going to be shadowing some today as well, so that should be fun. I really like the manager I'm going to be shadowing with, and I trust that she'll give me the unvarnished truth about what she does in a day. I don't know how long I'll be shadowing with her, but it should be a break in my day at least.
Okay, time to get myself the rest of the way together. I still have to pack up my headset and get my office shit together. Have a good Tuesday, everyone!
