Well, as of today, it's officially been a year since Mom's heart attack.

All of you know that it's been a hellacious, insane, stressful 365 days, but that's what life is sometimes, right?

And here we are, one year later.

So, a few long overdue thank yous...

To all of , thank you for your unfailing support and kind words. You made me smile while I was insane, and that means a lot.

To Sonya and Dennis: Yeesh, what a year. Thanks for being there for the up and downs.

To Cari: I know I wouldn't have survived without you to listen to me babble in the mornings. You let me dump all my fears and stress on you and never did anything but tell me it was going to be okay. Hey, what do you know? It is!

To Jess: I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I wouldn't have made it without you. You're my strength and my determination. I love you, and I'm so grateful to have you in my life.

Nothing ovedue about it, and there's really nothing to thank me for.

Because I know I've given nothing to you that I haven't got back 1000 fold. That's what I'm here for, that's what friends are for.

I'm beyond grateful Mum's okay, that's the main thing. And I adore you to pieces, that about sums up the rest.
