beansideAnother day, all is quiet. Work was fine, my coworker came back so I had someone to talk to again, which was nice. We went over delivery updates again, just a quick and dirty version of them. He's already had two lessons, so he's got the basics down. Now he just needs to do it with supervision, and he'll be good to go. He's our third back up for Sunday-Thursday. Aside from that, I did my markets, and reveled in not having to do his anymore. It made my day much easier.

I made lemon chicken last night, which turned out pretty well. I marinated the chicken in lemon juice, garlic and white wine and salt. It was very tasty, even if the electric skillet went up while I was cooking the second batch. It suddenly started popping, and then there was a horrible acrid electric burning smell. I finished those tenders in the microwave, which is not ideal, but it was better than burning the house down. It was still very tasty, even to my fucked up palate.
This morning, I bought an adult tricycle. I've been wanting a bike or trike for a while, but Jess and my sister wouldn't be comfortable with a bike, and I'm hoping the whole family can use this. I miss going to the gym, but I'm just not comfortable going back, so I wanted to get something I could do outside. I'm don't know that I'm a video workout person, plus we don't really have the room needed for that. Though, I may try downstairs to do a kickboxing class, just to see if I could do it. Shit, I just realized that I forgot to get a helmet. Oh well, it's going to be two weeks til the bike gets here, I have time.
Today, work shall be boring, and I shall probably spend time in the project folder. Oh joy. It was back up to 800, because of course, things keep coming in that need to be done, and they go in that folder.
