I apparently did a good enough job of not drinking too much in the evening, because I crashed out and didn't wake up til 5am. I finally dragged myself upright just before 6 when my alarm was set to go off. As usual, I probably could have slept a little bit longer, but a girl's gotta work.
I'm on the delivery updates today, and next week, because my coworker needs to use her sick time from last year before it goes away at the end of March. At least I get a break tomorrow and Sunday as another coworker does them those days. I don't mind doing them, but I hate it when there's a lot, and it can feel overwhelming. I want to get them done, and sometimes, there's too many to get done in a day. I've got minions, so hopefully we'll get it done.
Tomorrow is Dad's vaccine appointment. I'm already starting to mentally organize what I'll need to do to get him there and set up. The joys of anxiety. On one hand, it makes me an excellent planner, because I've already seen all the potential problems. On the other, it's exhausting.
I'm feeling behind getting a new MotW mystery set up. I just started yesterday, and so far I have a paragraph. My players could probably make that work but for my own sanity, I need a little more. At least a few encounters, and a basic plot line. I'll probably be working on that Friday. I don't really have time in the mornings, and in the afternoon, I've gotta cook. Steak subs again today, and hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill tomorrow (assuming we get done at the vaccine clinic in time). Otherwise, take out, and I'll cook on Friday before D&D.
Okay, it's time to get more coffee and start considering work in 20 minutes.
