beansideThey really have no clue how much snow we're getting. I've heard 3-5" or up to 10". It's a Nor'Easter, which have historically dumped on us, so we'll see.
Work was categorically boring yesterday. The woman from the TSP replied again, so I handed it off to my manager, because I had said no all the ways I know how. That seemed to work, or at least she didn't reply again that I saw. He invoked the Market Manager's name, so hopefully that convinced them that we were serious. Aside from that, I did my markets and the rest of the day mostly surfed Twitter, and carried on conversations on Teams.
It's D&D day! I am excited. The Frost Giant Skeleton has been waiting patiently for two weeks for his battle. And beating him is really the only way they're going to get the magical Cauldron out of the caves. Which presumably they want to do, as magical items can go for big bucks.
I really hope 7pm hurries up and gets here! On the plus side, my players seem to be just as excited, which as usual makes me feel like I might be a decent DM. Every post in the Discord channel as they share memes and strategize just makes me a little bit happy. It's that sweet, sweet hit of serotonin my brain sometimes needs.
