But to be more modest, I'd like to know about the titles for the chapters of Deathknell. Where do they come from, why did you choose them etc?
See? I can be moderate. Oh! And who is Nikki, as in which RL person is she (someone from the cast of Smallville or...)?

Date: 2007-05-10 02:33 pm (UTC)Of Bastard Saints was from an old Skid Row song.
Deathknell has mostly been from Janis Joplin songs, I believe. Though, Under Wandering Stars was Metallica, and Rain Down Fire was from Kane himself.
*grin* Janis Joplin just seemed appropriate, with Me and Bobby McGhee. "freedom's just another word for nothing left to lose."
Chad/Jeff are all Alanis Morrisette lyrics.
OT3 are all Foo Fighters lyrics.

Date: 2007-05-12 04:39 pm (UTC)And to think that my friend and I used to know all the Alanis lyrics and sing all the time, back in school (that, and the Cranberries, and Skunk Anansie. Ah, the days...). And Janis Joplin came later, and I do know my Metallica. But I wouldn't have recognized any of the titles to be lyrics so it's good to know. Thanks, I've been wondering.
Haha, I saw it's supposed to be Nikki Aycox. Damn, Aycock was much more fun!
