Okay, this is still just a rumor, but apparently a pretty solid one.
The producers of Rent may have found a replacement for Joey, as well as a way to keep surfing on the popularity that he's brought them.
If it comes to fruition, guess I'll be visiting New York again, considering that his replacement may be none other than...Lance Bass.
Apparently, Lance has been around so much, at least a couple of shows a week for the last month, that they figure he knows most of the blocking and lines already.
He's been offered the part, he's just figuring out the NSync schedule for the year, and deciding if he wants to do Broadway.
Mrrow. Oh, please, oh please.
