I figured I should probably stick a post up here and let everyone know what was going on. The State of the T Address, if you will. *grin*
So, here goes:
So, here goes:
- I'm a very lucky person. Not only did I have a virus, the surgeon is fairly sure that my gallbladder also hates me. Go team me!
- This means that I get to go forth and get injected with dye on Wednesday, followed by a shot to make my gallbladder contract, so that they'll know what it's actually doing.
- In the meantime, I'm on the low-fat, low-spice
low-flavordiet. I'm not kidding y'all. I can have lean meats, but no pork or processed meat, a few vegetables that aren't "gassy", breads as long as they're not buttery like croissants, bananas and apples. No dairy, no eggs, no oil, no chocolate, no nuts. - If the surgeon is correct, my winter break just got filled with surgery to get rid of this bitch, because I am not eating like this forever.
- On the other hand, I am feeling mostly better, aside from occasional owies when I push my luck. So, y'know, that's a good thing. Also, Betty Crocker yellow cake mix made with applesauce instead of milk and eggs is pretty tasty. Needed more cinnamon, though. Will have to experiment.
