In all the good times, I find myself longin' for change, and in the bad times, I fear myself

Well, this wasn't the fucking post I was hoping on writing this morning. Around 4 am I cried, but now I'm just angry at my fellow man. How dare they? How dare they put their whiteness and privilege above other people's lives. How dare they elect a fucking rapist and con man and pedophile back into office? I want to scream, but that's probably not helpful. I just don't understand. I know the answer is racism, but goddamn.

Okay, I'm going to try to relax. I've got a meeting with an estate lawyer. Dad's will has to be probated, which can apparently take months. Which means that I'm going to have to figure out how to pay rent while I still have a car payment. I can do it, just means that things are going to be tight for a bit.

I don't really want to go to work today. I will, but I don't want to. I'm going to find it very difficult to focus on things. But I'll try.

Tonight, we have our distraction game of Monster of the Week. If people still want to play. I have no idea.

I guess for now, time marches on. I've got a move to plan for and an estate to settle, and shit to do.

Stay safe, take some time to regroup and take a deep breath and then we'll move on. Everyone try to have a not-horrible day.

Not since the Bush era have I felt like such a second class citizen. I just don't understand people at all.
