beansideIt's Sunday and I'm off, yet still I'm awake at 7am. WTF body?
The first day of CONFab is in the books, and went pretty well. Most of my stuff came in the afternoon. I went to a couple of morning panels, and then it was time to do my Zoom Hosting forvidderkidders awesome panel, which worked out well, since I'd been planning to attend it anyway. Then, I had a little break before it was time for my panel.
I'm my own harshest critic, but even I think it went reasonably well. There was a lot of discussion, which is what I'd hoped for, and it filled up 43/45 minutes, which is what I was worried about. So all in all, good panel. If anyone is interested in seeing the slides, it can be found here.
I will say, I'll DM for 9 people any day over doing a panel for 20. It took way more effort. Special thanks to those who came off mic to put in their thoughts. Otherwise, it would have been a 20 minute panel, as I got in there and had no thoughts, head empty. Of course, today I've thought up three more questions that I could have posed, but that's okay. Will I do another panel at future cons? Yeah, probably.
Okay, time for me to go get coffee now that the Rybelsus 30 min is over. Everyone have a wonderful Sunday!
