Wednesday came far too early for me. I normally wake up a few times during the night, but when I woke up today it was already 5:30. Boodle was very generous last night and only slept on me part of the night.

Yesterday was dull. My coworker J was out, so I did his markets as well as mine, and had them done well before lunch. After that, I mostly did nothing, as two of the Staten Island coworkers were already working Pending Returns. I could have found other things to do, but I really just wasn't in the mood. I was still a little salty over Monday, when I found an enormous series of fuck ups in there and looked up the chick who made them. Turns out she is the new Knowledge Specialist. Which is the job I was told "If we could hire one more person, it would be you." Well, obviously, you should have hired me, because I know how to document my cases properly. How they think this person is going to do a job that requires you to document ways of working, I have no idea.

I'm probably a bad person, but I'm still kind of hoping that the new department crashes and burns. It seemed like no one had a really clear idea of what it was going to be, so I don't have great hopes.

Today J should be back, so I'll just have my stuff to do, which will take almost no time at all. We'll see what I end up doing after that. The Load Quality Report department is overflowing, but I really hate doing those, so we'll see if I get drafted. I'd rather do pending, which is saying something.

Tonight, we are scheduled for MotW, which should be a lot of fun. I love my character, Kitty, who is a little chaos monger. If she can throw gasoline on the fire, she will. She's a lot of fun to play, even as I'm still getting to know her.

Tomorrow is in the office, which as always, sucks. They are trying to be fiscally responsible, which means lowering the temperature in the building. Since it's going to be 29 degrees when I'm going to work, this does not fill me with joy. I will definitely be bringing a sweater and my coat as well. Also, defintely long sleeves.

In order to help coworkers during the recession that we're totally not calling a recession, they've upped our discount to 30% for food and some items in the market like comforters, blankets and bedding. Supposedly more help is to come, but no word on what that'll be. Some money would be nice, please.

Okay, time to get myself together for work. Everyone have a lovely Wednesday!
