I am tired and woofly this morning. I woke up around 1:30 with a kitty wedged against the crook of my arm, laying up onto my belly. I also was in full allergy attack, sneezing, itchy eyes, itchy ears. After suffering for a little, I finally had to move a very unhappy kitty so I could take some benadryl. Of course, I'm still feeling that a bit this morning.

Yesterday, I ended up doing the inbox, so that meant I at least had something to do sporadically. Today will most likely be quiet. I'll probably have a couple of reports that came in last night, but that shouldn't take long to do. Then, I'll be twiddling my thumbs.

My new manager, W sent me a message yesterday, asking if I could take a call about "opening cases." It wasn't phrased at all ominously, but I still was afraid I'd done something wrong. Nope, she wanted me to train her how to do one of the tabs on the project folder. So, I did that for about forty minutes. Fortunately, she learned pretty quickly, so hopefully she has no problems getting it done. It seems like upper management is kind of riding their asses to get it done, so I will not be shocked if I get asked to do another tab, since people are not doing their damn jobs. (I'm seriously not sure what the Saturday crew did. They got the assignment at 9 in the morning, but the most any of them did was like 5 lines of 41.) Coworker J got asked to do another tab for one of them, so I'm pretty sure the only thing that kept me from having to do it was that I was on the inbox.

Ended up having Red Lobster for dinner last night. I had gotten out some smoked pork chops that I thought would make a nice treat. Instead, they were so salty that it made me nauseous after three bites. Just really gross. So that was money down the drain. I was thinking it would be more like the Amish Market's smoked turkey. Sure, a little salt, but mostly smoky and good. I don't think those pork chops actually saw any smoke. They were just nasty. Obviously, this means I need to get back to the Amish market and get some smoked turkey to wash the taste out of my mouth.

I continue to wait for my taxes to land in my account, so I can have my bang bang shrimp from Bonefish Grill. I wants them, precious. I am very food motivated.

My plans are to mostly pay bills with the taxes, aside from one splurge for dinner. And new shoes. as it stands, I have sneakers, snow boots, and a pair of black booties from Walmart. The booties work okay as a dress shoe, but I could really use a pair of more comfortable work shoes. I think I'm going to go for these, as they look both comfy and a little cool.

Tmobile now has banking?! I set up an account, and will move some of the tax money into the account as an emergency fund. If I put it into the savings of our main account, and accidentally overdraw, they take the money from the savings, so it's better that it be in a separate account. Plus, I think I get some discounts if I pay my bill with my tmobile account? I'm not sure about that, honestly.

Okay, time to go to work. Everyone have a lovely Tuesday!
