beansideIt's 7am, and I need a nap. I just didn't want to get up today. I had a Boodle kitty on my stomach and I really didn't want to move her. I did, but I didn't want to. Princess Fluffy Butt was deeply annoyed with me.
So, in the two days I was off, more shit was added to the project, and now it's back up around 2000 orders. I was Not Happy. I figured I might be able to get it down to 300 or less, and then I open it up and whoa. I knew there were going to be some additions. I'd seen the emails come in, but I did not think there was going to be 1700 worth of additions. Apparently, one of our warehouses is having trouble, so that's the new ones. We can expect up to 200 more every day until they sort their shit out. This file is never going to be done.
Today is vaccination day! I'm hoping the second shot is easier than the first on me. If not, that's why I took tomorrow off. I'd appreciate no vomiting this time, though. I'm very excited to be fully vaccinated in two weeks. It's not going to change what I'm doing for the most part. Jess and I will go out to dinner for their birthday, but that'll probably be it for a while. Maybe in a few months when the positivity rate is down, I'll consider the movies, but that's iffy. Mostly, I'm just going to be hanging out at home, same as for the last year.
Aside from that, not much going on. I'm doing my Swedish lessons, usually three to four times a day. That's the only way the lesson really seems to stick with me. It's D&D week, so I'm reading up on the modules my crew is likely to go to, and tweaking the MotW game. I'm mentally gearing up to take Dad to his vaccine appointment on Thursday. I'm really hoping he doesn't have as strong a reaction to the second shot.
