beansideThank all the deities. Packed Shelly off to work this morning, so things will go back to normal this week. Unsurprisingly, not much got done while she was off (to be fair, she was having hip and back spasms, so it's not really her fault). We have 3/4 of a dumpster to fill in a week and a half. Jess' foot continues to hurt. They went on Saturday for an X-Ray, but we don't have results on that yet. Hopefully, it'll show something that's easily fixable. I know they're worried about it.
Work was work. I'd forgotten that I had the inbox. It was wildly overgrown, so I didn't get it as low as I was hoping, but it's down to 67 from 300, so that's not bad. As expected, Chicago was an overgrown mess. Part of it is that our newish system is not meshing with theirs well. As a result, there are things on there where an item was back ordered, and is now moving forward. They have it as delivered, but it's showing up on the report. It's going to be the same order #, so it screws everything up. Portland was, as expected a mess because of the fires.
I'm still riding high on a good RPG from Saturday. Despite saying I was going to give a week before I started looking for new mysteries, I've already started. Unfortunately, I've had to pass on some that seemed really interesting, because of offensive content. Though, I may use the monsters, because Chupacabras are badass. For now, I will stick with the classic monsters, maybe.
