It is way too early for some neighborhood cat to wander onto my porch this morning. Yet still...Boodle immediately freaked out and began gtowl/howling at him, which kept up for a goo 20 minutes. When he came to the sliding glass door, she jumped off her cat tree and furiously clawed the window in front of his face. The other cat was not horribly impressed. I finally had to open the door and go outside to get it to take off.

I am so tired this morning. I got home from observation around 11pm and finally dozed off around 12:15. The 4:45 alarm was not awesome.

Observation last night wasn't bad. Still wasn't horribly busy. Apparently, once I'm on as a trainee, I'll get the calls first. This is to make sure that the trainees get experience. There were two trainee's on the floor last night, so they got most of the calls. I think I got four while I was listening to call-taking and two were just administrative calls.

I got to sit with the police dispatch, which seems like it's busier, but also worlds more complicated than Fire/EMS. It's still 9 months down the road, but I have to decide which one I want to be certified for in 9 months.

Evening shift was very nice to us, and two of the woman kindly made dinner. We had Caesar salad, garilc bread, and pasta with a choice of red sauce with ground beef and alfredo sauce with chicken on the side. Then, just to try to tempt us to the dark side of Evening shift, she made a cookie butter cheesecake, which was amazing.

The Orioles game was on, and when we won we clinched the East Pennant, so people were very focused on that. When we won, everyone was very excited.

One more day, and then I can go forth and have a maasage!

Okay, time to consider pants. Everyone have an excellent Friday!
