I love Peter Jackson. And New Line cinema. They're planning to re-release both of the Lord of the Ring movies into theaters earlier in December...In their extended edition forms!

*squee*

And on December 16th, they want the theater owners to show Fellowship, followed by The Two Towers, followed by an 11:00 p.m. advance screening of Return of the King!

Whew.

So, they did the angiogram today on mom, and found out that *drumroll* Both her bypasses from last year had mostly collapsed. Go figure. They put in the little wire mesh stents to hold it open, and she should be good to go.

Then, came the fun part. Had to explain to grandmom what they'd done. Mom, in her infinite wisdom, didn't want to worry her. Gee, thanks. That made things so much more fun for me. Grandmom did well with the news, reinforcing my opinion that it's going to take more than worry to put her down. Tough old woman that she is.

Going down the hospital later to say hello to mom, I think First, must fix Grandmom dinner. She wants fish sticks. I have no clue why.
