Welcome to sleepy Wednesday. I coudn't get to sleep at all until around 2am, and I woke up at 5am, giving me a whole 3 hours of sleep. My shoulder decided to just ache all night and no amount of pain meds helped. It's eased up some, but is still tender this morning. Work may be difficult today. Not sure I'm going to be concentrating at my best. Oh well, I'll just slug down coffee like it's going out of style.

If I wasn't trying to build up my PTO bank for surgery and CONfab, I'd consider calling in late and napping for a couple of hours. But alas. I need 56 hours and I am at 47. 58 hours would be even better, honestly. I'd love to take an hour or two the day my flight leaves for CONfab. It leaves at 7, and I get off work at 4:30, so it would probably be fine for a domestic flight. But I want to make sure to leave enough time for security, and all that good stuff. I'll have the time and then some by October, but I want to put it in as early as humanly possible.

Tonight we have the second half of the NASA game, which will be fun. I may struggle to be awake for it, but I'm going to do my best.

poisontaster put up her long awaited Strixhaven game. She ended up having tp split it into two "classes" because she had far too many people willing to play. The final tally was twelve players split into teams of six. I don't envy her trying to keep it all straight.

I decided that I shall play an emo teenage bard with Pete Wentz hair, and Bucky Barnes eyeliner. I have gotten no further than that. I'd go tiefling, but that's pretty on the nose from Fantasy High, so maybe not. I'm going to see if Erin is willing to let me take an unusual subclass when I hit 3rd level, and maybe go a little further with a unique casting style. I'll see what PT will let me get away with.

Okay, on that note, time to get myself together for the day. Everyone have an excellent Wednesday!

Possible, though I'm considering going Feyblood, from Xanathar's Lost Notes to Everything Else. There's a Skyborn and a Earth Born, but I'm thinking about seeing if Erin would be willing to let me go completely emo and be a Bloodborn, for slightly more edge. Mechanically it would let her use her blood to give spells a bit of oomph. (like an extra d4 or d6 damage, or alternately subtract those rolls from saving throws.). But it does damage 2x the spell level.
