G'morning! I slept like a log until about six, when the cat decided that it was time for me to get up. I finally gave in at 7:30, at which point she decided to lay on my hip and prevent it. Unfortunately for her, my bladder prevented a nice snuggle.

Yesterday was good. Mostly spent relaxing, but we got a few things done. I went to Aldi and picked up a few groceries. I love their pickup service. I shop online, and go to the store when it's ready and someone comes out and throws my groceries into my trunk. Very convenient. Less people to deal with, which is especially excellent. Later in the afternoon, Jess had a haircut. They look adorable. They got the sides and back shaved, but the top left with a little length. They had dyed their hair magenta a couple of months ago, so the top is a mix of faded pink and bleached hair. It's a really striking mix and suits them well.

Then, it was back home to cook dinner and get ready for game. It was only the second game of [personal profile] coyotegestalt's that I've been able to play in, and it was a lot of fun. I was playing Mudro, a reborn grave cleric, and I loved him. Reborn, basically means he's Frankenstein's monster. I got some interesting traits, both from the class and species that made him a lot of fun to play. He's a balance between party healer and kind of badass, which is always fun. We ended up playing for 5 hours, which I haven't done in a long time, but it went really fast.

Today, I have plans to basically be a lump on the couch, play D&D and go to bed again. No exciting plans at all. Just a day of resting and taking it easy. I'll be gnawing my own arm off by 12, most likely.

Okay, going to go get some coffee and try to wake up some more. Everyone have an excellent Sunday!
