beansideI did not want to wake up this morning. It was too warm and snuggly and comfortable. Why don't mornings just come a little bit later?
I put in a little order at Costco. yesterday and got a package of 24 mini Juniors Cheesecakes. I now see what the fuss is about them. NY people, you're lucky bastards, because they're very tasty. I also got a tray of ranch and veggies so my order wasn't entirely junk food.
My stamps come in today, so I will be able to send out my cards tomorrow, yay! I love the cards I got this year, they're very on-brand for me.
I am feeling very scattered today. Having trouble focusing on anything, especially making words work. I don't know if the TV is louder than usual, or if it's just my brain doing a thing, but it's annoying the crap out of me. Work should be fun.
My license expires on my birthday on Saturday, and I'm waiting for my birth certificate to show up so I can get a new one. As of yet, it has not shipped out. Admittedly, I was late requesting it, but still. If I don't get it on Friday, I won't be getting it until next week at least.
Two more days until I have Thursday off, even if it's doctor day. I have an appointment in the morning, and Jess has one in the afternoon, so that'll be fun. Mine is just trying out a new primary care doctor. I hate my current one so much that it's definitely time to shop around.
I finalized a bit of story for the Friday game, which makes me happy. It should bring great angst and trauma to the characters, which is even better! I'm always happy when I get to make new character sheets.
Slowly but surely, we're preparing for Disney. The clothes I bought are slowly starting to ship. This weekend, I'm going to actually lay everything out and see what the hell we have, and figure out if we need anything. I've figured it out and we need to have 12 days worth of everything. I'm going to do laundry the Thursday before we leave, and then again the Monday we get back. As long as we can manage that, we're good.
Okay, time for me to go get more coffee and maybe a little cheesecake for breakfast. Everyone have a wonderful Tuesday!
