beansideFriday! Finally! And I have nothing to do but wait patiently (sorta) for D&D tonight. My chaos muppets have their first battle with the big boss, and I know everyone is looking forward to it. Hell, I'm looking forward to it. It's the first baddie who has a chance of really being a challenge. Being that she's a minor deity, she has what's called legendary actions, which means she gets multiple turns. She gets her turn, and then she gets another five times during the round. This, needless to say means that the damage can stack up. She also has loads of hit points, so she can take what the party dishes out. It's been a while since they had a truly tough fight, but I think this is going to do the trick.
The rest of the weekend should be uneventful. No real plans for anything at all.
I've semi switched planning for vacation to actually think about the one that we're due to take in May. We were thinking about Hershey, but there's a pretty solid chance of it being hot as hell, so we're now thinking about Lancaster for a couple of nights. We can do the outlets, and get some much needed clothes (with a little luck), and just take it easy. That actually sounds pretty good. Granted the clothes are mostly looking ahead to the Disney trip. We have almost no t-shirts. I'm waiting on getting leggings for the trip since there's a chance my size will change between now and then.
Yesterday was mostly boring. I worked on a project for a little while, but that didn't take long to complete. Then it was back to waiting for something to come in. Eventually something did, but it didn't take that long to do. I'm really looking forward to when they give us this new thing to do. Maybe I won't spend the day thoroughly bored.
