Ugh. It is way too early to be upright. I woke up at 4:30am, and just could not get back to sleep to save my life. So, I dragged out of bed at 5:30, which is half an hour before I normally get up on a work day. C'mon, body! We could have slept in til 7! Bodies are assholes. It's going to make D&D time feel very late tonight.
But hey, the weekend is finally here! It's D&D day! MotW is tomorrow! This is always a good thing. I really enjoy GMing both of my games. We have a really good mix of people on the server, and I enjoy spending time in their company. I'll be interested to see what the one shot I'm GMing next will be like. It's a text based game of Lasers and Feelings, which is a free one page adventure. We're still going to schedule a time for it, but everything will be done in chat on Roll20. We're still in the planning stages on that one, so we'll see when we want to do that. I'm curious how it's going to go. It's a much loosely structured game, so we'll see where the players want to go with it.
I'm really excited about MotW this week. I think I've got (what I think is) an interesting mystery planned, and I know parts of it are relevant to some of my player's interests. It has plenty of room to go in unexpected ways, and I'm curious to see what they make of it. (I love my D&D game, but MotW holds a special place in my heart. It was my first group GMing for, and they've all become friends.)
Depending on the weather, I may try to put my tricycle together today. I'm a little nervous about this part. It seems very complicated. If I can't do it, I'll just pay someone to come out and handle it. I'm hoping I can figure it out, because I really want to ride it, and it's supposed to be nice weather the next two days.
Aside from that, not much going on for today. We'll probably watch the new episode of Loki (which I've already been spoiled for) and maybe finally get around to Willy's Wonderland.
Tomorrow, we shall attempt a trip to the dump to get rid of the pile of black bags in my trunk.
Everyone have a great Friday, y'all! We made it to the weekend!
