beansideI really need to stop laying back down after I take my pill in the morning. I usually get up and hit the bathroom, and then go back to bed for a little while. Lately, I've been dozing back off, even if I only have half an hour before I have to get up, and then I'm just shocked when my alarm goes off, and a little woofled. But there's that part of me that really wants the extra thirty minutes of rest, and that's probably what's going to win.
Work wasn't bad yesterday. My markets came in late, so I mostly worked in the project folder. Orders have been flooding into the inbox, so I know it's about to make a huge jump, probably from 185 to around 600. Had my one on one, which went pretty much as expected. Basically, I do what I'm supposed to when I'm supposed to, and anything he can do to support me, I just have to let him know.
After work, I went an picked up our Walmart order. Lots of tasty stuff! It all went in our back seat, which is clear! It was very exciting. Then, home to make a new recipe, French Onion Chicken It turned out really well, and was very tasty. My only change is next time, I will get two blocks of Gruyere cheese to grate, because you can never have enough cheese. The family enjoyed it--there were no leftovers at all.
I had my zoom meeting for volunteering for Con.txt which is coming up in a week and a half. It'll be my second year volunteering, and I really enjoyed it last year. For those who don't know, Con.txt is a multi-fandom con that normally happens in the MD/DC/Northern VA area, but the last two years, it's been online! It's happening with Zoom panels and on Discord.
Last year, it was a nice break in the early part of the pandemic, and the TTRPG server that all my games are on was born out of it. I'm looking forward to promoting it and maybe getting some new games running on the server! After all, I've still got a little bit of free time I could burn.
Today, I have nothing planned at all, aside from work. We'll see if all the markets came in. Only two had come before I left, and I only had time to finish one, so that's my morning at least.
Okay, time to consider getting myself together. Have a good Wednesday!
