beansideMy sister was up this morning before I was. I am not equipped for this level of interactive first thing in the morning. I'm used to at least an hour of quiet. Or on the days she gets up before me, minor interaction.
Fortunately, Jess was up early, so we went to the Amish Market and escaped from the interaction for a while. We obtained meats and stuffed pretzels which were very tasty.
D&D last night! The murder muppets attended a seance with the ghost exposition and plot hooks. Then, some invisible duegar (gray skinned dwarves from underground) tried to steal the ships mast that is housed in town hall, also near the cauldron that they were selling to the town. (Without telling them that their people were stewed in it, but hey). A glorious battle commenced with our muppets victorious. They discovered on interrogation of the two remaining duergar that the ships mast is made of a gemstone called Chardalyn, in which spells can be stored. And that their boss is making a dragon of Chardalyn to wreck the Ten Towns. Little things. Then, it was off to find a mage who could tell them about gem magic.
Now to relax and get ready for Monster of the Week at 4!
