beansideThe snow for our area has been downgraded to 1-3". I am sad. I was hoping for a pretty snow. Ah well, the joy of MD. The west of us is still getting a fair amount, it's just us who are having the sucky snow. We are getting the rainy taint of the storm.
Ah well. Looking forward to having tomorrow off. I have to go forth and get my cupcakes and I figure while I'm in the area, I'll pick up my holiday gift from work. I still have no idea what I'm going to do with wireless noise cancelling headphones, but I'll figure something out. Maybe I'll use them next week when I'm working the delivery updates.
I'm slowly getting the hang of the delivery updates. It's not very automated, and the first few days, it's going to take me for-fucking-ever to do them. Hopefully, our helpers have something to do for the first couple of hours while I'm struggling. I still have 5 days to make sure it's jammed into my fluffy head, so that's good.
Samwise spent a good chunk of last night coming in to see me. I'm not sure how much sleep I actually got, but by 6am, I couldn't stay in bed any more. I'm not sure what the point of turning my alarms off was, since I'm up at ass-o'clock every morning no matter what. I will admit, it's nice to have a couple of hours of quiet time, where it's just me awake.
