beansideWell, they've downgraded the snow a little. Now we're looking at 4-8" instead of the original 8-12". The problem is, it's a Noreaster storm and those are notoriously difficult to predict, so I guess we'll get what we get. North of us is apparently going to get dumped on, though.
Cat was somewhat difficult last night, until he finally climbed under the covers around 3am, and let me sleep for a few hours. Before that is was sporadic. He's my little old man, and I love him,but damn. I don't know why he's suddenly decided that it's awesome to come in and be a pest.
The heating is still status quo. No new word on when the inspection will be. In the meantime, we freeze our asses off, and make do with a couple of electric heaters.
Starting to get the hang of some of the new project. I'll be going in at 8am those mornings, which will be nice. It's necessary to get the delivery updates handed out to the helpers at a reasonable time, since I'l be very slow at it to begin with.
I've got my MotW game nearly done for Saturday. I've got the main plot, plus side plots that my little chaos muppets may go for too. I love my little chaos muppets. Once I finish that, it's time to set up for my D&D campaign, which is daunting. It's a lot of material to read through, and a lot that my team has to do to get to the big showdown. They start out first level, and they need to be ninth level for the big boss fight.
But for now? More coffee. And maybe some sort of breakfast. I swear, the moment we get gas and our oven works again, I am making those Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls for breakfast. I'll ice them while they're hot and gooey. Now I'm making myself hungry.
