Its probably a good thing that I only get trigger point/facet injections once a month. It takes me that long to forget how badly the steroids they use effect me.
I get overwhelmed and bitchy and moderately homicidal.

I forget that I get all Hulk Smash.

I used to get regular steroid injections for my migraines, and they contributed towards me being rather emotionally unstable for a good year or so. I knew about the likely weight gain from them, but nobody warned me about the mood swings! Now that I'm off them, I can really feel the difference-when I get annoyed or angry, it's normal annoyance or anger.

It's too bad that those injections are among the very few things that help get rid of the migraines. Gee, do I want to get rid of the pain, or do I not want to beat the shit out of somebody today? Hmmm.
