I got up early today and took a shower. Now I'm ready to go back to bed. Alas, I have my mid year review today after lunch, so I'm going to have to suck it up. (Which would be why I showered this morning, so my hair doesn't look like a rat's nest.)
Yesterday was super busy at work. By lunch I had thirty five calls under my belt. Fortunately, I got some new patient/difficult calls, so I only ended up with 49 instead of 60. I had so much to get done after work, and I just didn't do any of it. Jess got the packages, and I made dinner. by the end of that, my back hurt so much that I just couldn't dot he rest of the errands. I will have to do them today, though.
I put in for pto for my day and a half off for the Ghost concert, but I'm debating if I want to take another day off soon. July 7 seems very far off. Plus the dog needs to go to the vet for his yearly appointment, so I'll take off for that. We're very curious how much the little bugger weighs. Since we put him on Farmer's Dog food, he's definitely been losing weight, and I'm curious how much.
The Farmer's Dog has been super good for him. he's scavenging less, and eats without turkey being piled into his food. Losing weight hopefully will be good for his joints, so that he can take his daily stairs without trouble.
Today, I'm hoping for slightly less busy at work today. And I'm hoping for a positive reply to one of the emails I sent yesterday, trying to get a 23mo old in for a test before next week.
We're trying the Gadré Surimi Snow Leg Style crab legs. Well, technically krab legs. They're not real crab, of course. But they have good reviews, so we're going to warm them up in some butter and sprinkle old bay on and see how they are. Hopefully, good, since that'll be dinner tonight.
Not a whole lot else going on today. After work, I'm going to try to go get Jess' weed, but that's about it.
Okay, time for me to get myself together. Maybe brush my hair, and put on clothes. I just had to take the dog out in my pjs, because he had to go immediately (to be fair, he did poop twice). So, pants are kind of important at this point. Everyone have an amazing Tuesday!
