It's Friday!! Whoohoo! I've got a metric ton of food coming this morning. I'm hoping it comes at the beginning of the window at 7am, because it's a LOT to ask Jess to put away solo. Now the tough questions. First, how the fuck am I going to Jenga this into the Freezer? 1.5, what was I thinking? Possibly I should have gotten rid of some of what we have first? Also, why did I feel the need to buy Lotus buns (I know why, I'm planning to make Gochuchang Beef, and it goes well on the plushy little rice buns.) because they take up a TON of space. That'll be Saturday, though.
Today, I have work, and then I'll be cooking. I'm leaning towards using the cast iron skillet for the turkey, so I can fry it at higher heat. then I'll make the gravy in it, and be good to go. Stuffing will be mixed and stuffed in the oven, and maybe some veggies will go in. We'll see if I feel like doing anything else.

dine I offer:
The Friday Five
1. If you were to star in a movie, who would you want to be cast as your love interest? Sara Ramirez, in their nonbinary best.
2. What genre of movie would you most like to star in? I'd love to be the surprisingly foul mouthed and tough granny in an action movie. You know, the star busts in, and finds granny whooping ass on the bad guys.
3. What song would you insist be on the soundtrack? Tough one. Probably something by Ghost. Maybe Square Hammer or Spillways.
4. What would you wear to the premiere of your movie? 80's chic. A pair of cropped leggings with a glittery mini skirt and a pretty top. Something comfortable, but pretty.
5. Who would you thank in your Oscar acceptance speech? My family and friends. Probably the D&D server specifically.
We had Indian food yesterday, from the same place we went for lunch on Christmas. I asked for spice level 1, but goddamn, it lit me up. It was SO good, though. The Paneer Kadhai was especially tasty. The Gobi Lahsooni was also very good, but very spicy. They also sent us a dessert{?}. It was like a sweet paste with almonds. AHA, I have found it. It's called Badam Halwa and it was amazing: https://youtu.be/vPrx9iXL6pk?si=wr4UOGQ0om1-gqdP
I think tomorrow we're going to go out to lunch. Not sure where yet, but it'll be somewhere good.
But for now, time to get myself together. Everyone have an awesome Friday!
