Today's subject line is from the band Neoni, who did the amazing cover of Carry On My Wayward Son that they used in the finale of Supernatural. There's a few songs of theirs that I really enjoy, including this one:
As expected, yesterday was a little slow, but I found some things to do so it wasn't horrible. I recorded the rough draft of one of the many tasks that I'm the only one who knows how to do, so that's something. My manager has a couple of changes he'd like to make, so I may rerecord that today or tomorrow. I really dislike hearing my voice on playback, so I'm hoping I'll be able to do it all in one take and be done, so I only have to watch it once. It's not a particularly difficult process, but it does actually require reading comprehension, so I question whether some of my team will be able to do it, video training or not.
My Frostmaiden game is ticking every closer to the final showdown of the module. We're going to continue the game even after we finish the module because we've got a ton of backstory stuff to resolve, but I've been waiting for almost two and a half years for these battles. The big bad has some amazing capabilities that the other baddies don't have. I'm looking forward to testing them out and seeing how things work. Though damn, I'm going to need a tracker for it!
Tomorrow, we have our postponed Blades in the Dark game, which I'm looking forward to. I came up with a heist that I can tie into a couple of players backstories, so it should be fun.
Okay, gonna go forth and get myself together for work. Everyone have a fabulous Tuesday!
