It's Saturday! And I have nothing that needs to be done. Just a quiet day. I'll go crazy by noon, needing something to do.
So, work apparently sent out an email on Friday night where they have no postponed our meetings to find out what our job will pay and what it will actually be under the reorg by a week. This is such bullshit. I have to wait two goddamn weeks to find out if I'm going to have my pay cut and whether I'm going to have a job or have to apply for whatever bullshit is available. I am not happy to say the least, as evidenced by the string of profanity above. It's going to be a long two weeks.
Yesterday we didn't do a whole lot. I went up to get lunch, but that was my only time out of the house. The rest of the time, I was just pacing the internet. I know with the work thing, my patience is at a premium, but holy shit Dad was annoying. He has no chill about anything and everything has to be done now.
I also felt like utter shite yesterday. The chairs in the office just do not do well for me, and my entire back and shoulders were just pissed off. So of course, this is the day he chooses that I must shave his beard/hair. It's not a big deal, when I can lift my arms without pain. But, this is what he wants, so this is what I shall do. He also wants a new grab bar installed in the bathroom and is up my ass about that, to the point that I finally had to point out that "Jesus fucking Christ, I work full time." I also have to go get the stuff for it from Lowes, and the nice power screwdriver I bought won't come until Monday, so he's going to have to wait. I really do want to put it up, as I want him to be safe, but I can't just hammer it in with my forehead.
I really have been a complaining, miserable person the last week, and I don't like it. I don't do well with change or uncertainty. At this point, I'm annoying myself.
