A little less tired this morning, after a massive headache yesterday evening. Head is still a little tender and sounds are really sharp and annoying right now, but hopefully with some coffee and ibuprofen it will pass.
Yesterday was exhausting. I had to get up an hour early to be ready to go into the office. I've gotten soft with just having to roll across my living room to go to work. I do not look forward to the day that they call us back. I arrived at work by 7:30, and went in to find a seat. There's only maybe a dozen people working at the office, so that was not hard at all. I picked a seat a little distance from others and settled in to start work until my interview.
The interview went okay, I think? It lasted a full 50 minutes, so I didn't do my normal thing where I didn't talk enough. I just don't know if I was specific enough to get through. I did my best, and I think the interviewer and I had some good small talk, where I expressed enthusiasm for the potential position, and showed that I understood the brief. Now, I just have to wait. I have to be honest, I'm not really holding out much hope. I don't know why, but I don't have a good feeling about my chances. It's a sales manager, and I don't have much experience in sales. On the plus side, it's a new position and they're hiring three people, so it's a better chance I suppose.
Aside from that, nothing much happened. I worked on site until lunch, then made a mad dash home and logged back on. I was a minute overdue, but not bad, overall.
Today, I'm working the delivery updates, so that'll be a a change. They haven't been too heavy this week, so it shouldn't be difficult.
