There really wasn't a whole lot I didn't love in the ep.
Oh, Dean. I love how his "Dad was an ass!" became "You have no right, he was a hero." God, he loves John. So very much. Awesome. The fear, the anger, the little smirk at Sam being Bonnie. And at the beginning, getting the chick's number!
Ronald was great, and I kind of like that he was kind of John without training. Obviously smart, but without the marine strategy and tactics to fall back on.
The shifter was duly creepy, and kicked Dean in the balls! So much love. And Dean got up. Badass, yo. But let us take a moment to talk about Action!Sammy! Goddamn, Padalecki. Stop it with the hotness. My panties almost combusted, watching you just decimate two SWAT team members. And his little ruthless self with Ronald at the beginning!
And then, the end. "We are so screwed." And Styx! So utterly note-perfect.
Next week looks cool as fuck, too. *nod*
