Give me one of my own stories, and a timestamp sometime in the future after the end of the story, or sometime in the past before the story started, and I'll write you at least a hundred words of what happened then, whether it's five minutes before the story started or ten years in the future.

I'll expand this to include any of the ones I've written with the lovely [livejournal.com profile] nilchance as well.

Ohhhh. Cool! Sometime after the end of Breaking to You. I'd give you an exact time stamp, except I'm not sure what would be neater, the next morning, or a little further down the road. *grin*

Hmmm...now that one, you can either have 100 words, or the next part of it, probably later today. *grin*

Eeeee! You're writing more! *dances with glee* I'll cheerfully, if impatiently, wait for the next part. Whee!

The ice was soft, according to Chad. Funny, it felt pretty solid under his ass, Jeff thought. He'd spent plenty of time there, as Chad skated around him, trying to explain what he was doing wrong in between bouts of breathless laughter.

Afterwards, they walked a while, ended up at a little Italian place. After a mostly silent meal, just enjoying each other’s company, Chad glanced up. “I never expected something like this.”

“Like what?”

“You. I never expected you. I always kind of figured I’d be alone—me and the dogs.”

“And cats,” Jeff pointed out.

“What about you?”

Jeff shrugged, looking down. “I never expected this, let me tell you.”

Chad nodded, looking a little nervous.

“Wouldn’t change a thing, though.” Jeff flashed a smile when Chad looked up.

“Yeah,” Chad said. “Me either.”
