*points at icon* I'm still blaming this on
robanybody. And possibly
estrella30, cause hello Mayhem/Kane/Jsquared foursome fic. And Jess, cause it's always a little her fault.
So, at this point, I give up. I own my shame, be it Ackles, Padalecki, Kane, or even *tiny shudder* Mayhem.
You'll note that I left Jeff out of the shame, because really...even my boss' wife has the hots for him. *grin* Absolutely no shame at the things I want to do to that man.

If it is, I just don't see it. Lana and Lex, on the other hand... growl. I didn't get into Supernatural. I don't know, it must be the lack of continuous female leads that bores me. :)

I got into the show because I have a thing for urban legend-type shows. But I wasn't into it until near the end of the season, when they kicked it up a notch and made me really care. Then, they sucked me in like whoa. *grin*

Date: 2006-07-13 07:32 pm (UTC)I hear ya about not getting into a show until they hit their stride- I like my shows like I like my comics: All neatly bundled up by season/story arc so I can go through them all at once.
I hate waiting week-to-week, I get distracted, I forget what nights the shows are on. And all it takes is one stinkaroonie and I'm never coming back unless it's an accident and I'm flipping channels.
I also think the whole "reset" button for any serial medium sucks. I hate the glacial pace of character and story development that is imposed on both comics and serial TV. Hate it hate it hate it. Might be why I like watching an entire season in a weekend- the story arc is much more evident when viewed at that pace. Netflix is my friend- I get to watch "other folk's" favorite tv shows all at once, no waiting.
I may yet get supernatural on my queue, but it'll have to wait for Babalon 5, and Battlstar Galactica, and a couple-hundred other shows and movies. :)
