I realize it's been awhile since I updated, so I figured I should let everyone know that I haven't fallen off the face of the earth.

March...kinda sucked ass.

Let's see...what happened in March? Since I did actually update once or twice, some of this is a rehash, sorry.

• Took time off for spring break. Started throwing up that evening, Jess started 36 hours later, saw nothing aside from our room.
  
• Had not one, but two patients with ultra rare, ultra serious diseases at work. This resulted in much extra work for me, and some major stress.
  
• Grandmom had another small heart attack, spending a 4 day weekend in GBMC. It's not a surprise, but it still was an unwelcome reminder of mortality.
  
• The dryer and oven are still broken, as we can't afford to fix them right now.
  
• After obnoxiously long recovery from stomach bug, got cold a week and a half ago. Still coughing up a lung on a regular basis.
  

On the good side:

• Got DSL working.
  Have mostly worked out our little outside oasis, with Adirondack chairs, and eventually flowers, herbs and veggies.
  
• Discovered a couple new authors who have amused me via the library.

Sigh. March is really the worst month these days. It used to be February, but now it's March.

*hug* We'll see how i'm feeling on Saturday. Right now, I'm coughing so badly that my boss put me on antibiotics again. I'm probably contagious, so I'm kind of trying to limit exposure.

And thank you for the offer, but with this one, since I don't actually know how much it'll cost, or when we'll have the money, I'll decline. It's different if I know I can pay back in ___weeks/days. But I appreciate it.

I tend to find the first three months of the year are never easy. But then again that's probably just me *g* Hopefully the Spring will bring lots of good things.

*hug* Actually, aside from the first couple days of it, I wasn't feeling that badly until yesterday. Then, the sinus infection made it's presence known.

It's just been a long month, and I've been kinda out of touch with everyone (especially RL people), so I wanted to explain why.
