beansideAh, the weekend. More than I did with IKEA, I need this little break. They've been working us hard. Yesterday wasn't bad though. Our instructor took it easy on us due to our quiz first thing in the morning.
Which went really well. So well, in fact that I got 100% on it and am resting squarely at the top of my class. Of the 9 who started, I was the only one who aced it. I am rather proud of myself, because I worked my ass off. Of course, immediately thereafter, we got our next handout of things for the next quiz. lol. No rest for the wicked.
The rest of the day we worked with the computer aided dispatch program and did some tow log entries. I did reasonably well on those, so it was all good.
I do feel like it's harder studying now than it was when I was younger. I have to work harder, but I get there in the end, I suppose.
This weekend, we don't have a whole lot going on. My sister has a party at 3 today, and laundry tomorrow, so Jess and I will be on Dad duty most of the weekend. Tomorrow, if I get up early enough, I may go down to the farmer's market. Or I may not. Today I slept til almost 9, so we'll see.
Five more weeks of class to go! Here's hoping it continues like it has been!
Okay, gotta get Dad breakfast and decide if I want to go do anything before my sister leaves. Everyone have an excellent Saturday!
