beanside | Feeling so faithless, lost under the surface

I actually slept in until 8 today, yay! On the other hand, five minutes after I woke up, so did Dad. I hadn't even had coffee yet. Oh well. He has been changed and butt paste has been applied. Now he has to wait an hour before he eats anything, so I am finally sipping my coffee.

Yesterday was a mostly chill day. Did absolutely nothing. Chatted with people in discord and generally fucked around. I did find a one shot to run at Con.txt, so that's something.

Jess got acoustic panels, so we were putting them up in my sister's room and in my office to try to deaden the sound from Dad. We'll see how successful it'll be when we play this afternoon.

Today, I'm going to call at 10 and see if the local tea shop has any reservations for this morning, so we can go out and have a nice lunch. Either way, we're going out. Jess deserves some time out of the house. So do I for that matter. My sister can handle things for a little while.

Then after we get back,

poisontaster is going to run a murder mystery game, which should be a lot of fun.
