beansideFriday and I'm free! Okay, to be fair, I was free yesterday, too, but today I'm extra free. We're dealing with the remnants of Hurricane Nicole today, whoo. So it's a dreary, rainy day, and I have absolutely nothing planned. I'll prep for the Curse of Strahd game tonight and Monster of the Week tomorrow and generally pace the internet, but aside from that, not a whole lot going on.
Dad seems to be perking up. He's still going to be finishing the Zpack, though I'm willing to admit that it might have been overkill to go Defcon 5 and call his primary care for a cold. But he's 81, I'm just not willing to take chances with him. Now the waiting begins to see if Jess or I get the crud from him. Fingers crossed, but it would kind of be shocking if we didn't. We've both been all up in his shit for the last four days while he's been coughing his face off. I felt a little silly about having called out, since he wasn't coughing that much yesterday, but I figured it was better to be safe.
Mostly, yesterday I paced the internet over and over. Worked on Get Away With Teresa a little bit. Unfortunately, I'm going to lose some function in a couple of days because I cannot afford for my free trial to be turned into a paid website this week. Maybe when I get paid after Thanksgiving.
We're down to 84 days until we leave for Disney. On December 6th, I get to make our dining reservations, which is very exciting. I'm still debating on a couple of places, namely during our days in the Magic Kingdom. Part of me wants to do a sit down lunch, part of me is in "too much to do and see" mode. And if sit down, where? I'm torn between Be Our Guest and Skipper Canteen. The food at Skipper Canteen would probably be better, but there's a small part of me that wants to eat in the Beauty and the Beast castle. Both are expensive, but Be our Guest is definitely more. I don't know that I can justify $67/person for lunch. Now, if we decided to do Le Cellier in Epcot, I'd probably pay close to that much, though, and that's still on the table. I've got a month to figure this shit out, I guess. Youtube time!
