It's Monday, ew. Lately, I have not wanted to get up when my alarm goes off. I just kind of want another hour or two of sleep. It's been strange, since normally, I'm awake before my alarm even thinks of chiming.
My coworker decided to take two days off, so I have the delivery updates yesterday and today. They weren't bad yesterday, but Mondays can be a little busy so hopefully my minions will be on point. In July, I have them for a whole week while she's out of town. Actually, the two coworkers who I normally cover will be out that week, so it could be interesting. I can probably do it, but I don't think I will. Someone else can step up and do coworker J's markets. I'm not feeling particularly charitable. I managed to get the updates done as well as some of the inbox, and all my markets, so it's not that I wouldn't have time, it's just that I don't want to. It's going to be a long week, as they're the two coworkers I talk to most, so I will be lonely.
Today, I have a "training" on the reorg. It seems to be a question and answer session, which will probably still not provide the answers I want. I'm expecting that it will be a waste of an hour and a half, but we shall see. Aside from that, and doing the updates is that it should be a boring day, because the markets won't come in til late.
Last night, we played Witchlight. The players finally fulfilled their personal quests, leaving only the overarching plot. The last section is fairly big, but I'm still expecting this one to be done by the end of the year. Which is good, because I think I've settled on Curse of Strahd as my next module. I'm reading through it on PDF now to make sure I can make it work. It's a horror game, so I'll have to see if I think I can adjust my style, and if I can reflavor any potentially offensive bits. Either way, it's probably going to be a much more adult tone than my other D&D games. The real question is: can I wait until Witchlight is done before I start a new game. I do still have the occasional Friday or Sunday open...
Okay, I suppose it's time for more coffee and getting myself ready for work. I don't wanna, but I will. Have a great Monday everyone!
