beansideAnd it's time to get up early and drag out the new equipment to try. I got it all set up on Friday, so I am ready to go. We technically are supposed to set it up this morning and have half an hour paid to do so, but I didn't want to wait, just in case I had problems. I'll still log on half an hour later, just so it doesn't seem like I went against company wishes. It wasn't that hard to set up. Mostly just cumbersome. The new monitors are freaking huge.
Yesterday was a mostly quiet day, as I let my sister and Jess take the puppers to the groomer. I just wasn't comfortable driving that far while dizzy. The furthest I went was about half a mile. I finally pulled the trigger on getting a new phone, as mine wasn't holding the best charge anymore. I got a Samsung Galaxy 22+, which is the newest phone I've ever had. They came out earlier this year. Normally, I get a year or two behind, since I don't really need the newest shit. Unfortunately, the store didn't have any of the older phones, so brand new it is! I played with it a bit last night and it seems very cool.
For some reason (stress? all the lifting over the last few days?), my bad shoulder is acting up again. It does this once in a while, though last night it was very sore. I ended up using a heat wrap, which helped some, though I had to move it around a lot to hit all the spots that were hurting. I could really use a massage, but I don't think I'll be doing that anytime soon.
As always, Sunday came too fast. on the plus side, I don't have to ask off last minute for a specialist appointment. Downside, I'd really rather do that than waiting forever to see them.
We have the Witchlight D&D game tonight. I read through the module this morning again, so I should be ready to go for the most part. Hopefully fun is had by all. I'm going to eat something very bland tonight, so as not to have to cancel again. Though last night I had a veggie burger from Habitburger, which was very good and settled pretty well.
Okay, time to get myself together to start work. More coffee is definitely in order. Everyone have a lovely Sunday!
