beansideUgh, Monday. I was awake at 5, but I still didn't want to get out of bed. I obviously did, but I did wait til my alarm went off at 6.
Today is my inbox day, so there will at least be something for me to do while I wait for my markets to come in. Some of our coworkers get possessive about the inbox, so I tend only to do it on the days I'm assigned, or if help is requested. I dislike doing the inbox, but I will admit it's nice to watch it go down to zero.
I was just reminded on the morning news that it's almost time for the big game! That's right, the Puppy Bowl is in just over 2 weeks! And I suppose some other game as well. But puppies!
Sam has decided that he wants to cuddle, and is laying half on my lap. It's making it very difficult to type. I'm guessing the offering of food I made to him this morning was acceptable. It's very sweet, and I love him very much, though at some point I'm going to have to get up, and there will probably be claws involved.
Just realized that I forgot to get something out for dinner. So, guess the chicken will be going in the microwave on defrost. I have no idea what I'm going to do with it. We'll just have some form of chicken. I wish I was one of those people who meal planned ahead of time, but I'm just not.
Every morning, I go to Roll20 and check the countdown for my various games. We're at 5 days to the next one, which makes me happy. It's nice to have something to look forward to at the end of the week.
Okay, time to get more coffee and start waking up. Have the best Monday possible, people!
