beansideI slept for 8 hours, yet I still wanted another hour or so. The bed was warm and soft and I could have stayed there. (Technically, I could stay there for another hour if I wanted, but I would prefer to have a little longer to wake up before I have to be at work.) Oh well. I will drink copious amounts of coffee and feel more with it.
It's going to be a slow day at work, I have no doubt. Markets won't come in til late, so I'll be bored most of the day. Yesterday, I ended up doing the delivery updates, as the coworker who normally does them Thurs-Sunday is out on vacation. They were really low, and I spent most of the day at loose ends. My job is really feast or famine as far as whether there's work to do. I spend a lot of time either checking twitter, or doing busywork.
3 days til vacation. Packing will commence soon! The temperatures are going to be a high of 77 and a low of 56, so tshirts and shorts it is. Maybe a light jacket for the evenings. Work the next few days is going to be so slow! I just want it to be Thursday so we can go! We've figured out the basics of what we're going to do Friday. First it will be time to get lunch, since the park opens at 12pm, and start the clock ticking on our meal plan. (Entree, side or dessert and a drink every 90 minutes). Then, rides! Probably Invadr first, since the smokehouse is right next door. Then, off to Germany and Verbolten. Aside from Apollo's Chariot, which I'm not sure my wide ass will fit on, I'm looking forward to Verbolten most.
Apparently, the full circuit of Busch Gardens is 1.75 miles, so we're definitely going to get some walking in. I expect to be exhausted by the end of the night. Then we'll crash out and do it again the next day!
I'm hoping the condo is a nice as it looks. I'm not asking for a ton. As long as it's clean and the bed isn't a rock, I'll be happy. Not planning on spending a ton of time there, really.
